Our experience in location catering in the film industry has equipped us with the know-how and first hand knowledge of planning our location and menus to suit any location or event. We are fully versed in setting up the required infrastructure in the most unusual venues, our passionate and driven staff are accustomed to catering in unusual outdoor settings. The FoodLab has no limitation with regards to adapting our menus from the smallest intimate event to the largest and most complex events.

Our recent contract to cater for the Cape Epic Challenge, which entailed a 9 day mobile kitchen setup that traveled to 8 different destinations and catered for 1200 amount of mountain bikers and 500 crew, clearly illustrates our logistical capabilities.
